Welcome to Ty Melen, a charming holiday home in Locmiquélic offering 30 m² of comfort for up to 4 guests. Pen Mané harbour is a 5-minute walk away, where you can take the ferry to Lorient (a 7-minute crossing). The beaches of Port-Louis and Plouhinec are within easy reach. The holiday home is rented by the week in July and August (minimum stay of one week). The space includes a 140 cm-wide bed in a sleeping nook and a 120 cm-wide sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. A TV and free Wi-Fi are provided. A fan is available for warm days, and there is heating in the living room, bedroom and bathroom for cooler stays. Enjoy a small private terrace and possible access to the garden. Street parking is available nearby. Access is separate from the main house, with a private entrance. You can enjoy the garden and relax in the sun or shade, as you prefer. Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning is included. Weekly rentals are mandatory in July and August. Events are not permitted on the property.
